List of the Noble Prize Winners by Indian

The Noble Prize is the prestigious award conferred in the fields of Physics, Chemistry, Physiology or Medicine, Literature, Peace and Economics. It was started in the year 1901 by Swedish Academy, awarded in memory of the donor Alfred Nobel. Rabindranath Tagore was the first Indian and the first Asian to be awarded with the Nobel Prize, whereas Mother Teresa been the first woman to be awarded.
